Probably the hardest lung burner anybody can do is stair climb really fast. Believe or not but stair climb is an international sport and at the Chicago renamed (Sears Tower) Willis Tower the best of the best world wide came to tackle the world's tallest stair climb. I have done the Hancock 9 times and this was going to be my 3rd attempt at the beast. My goal was to stay steady and maintain a good heart rate without running out of breath to soon. CA had a big group from West Coast Labels, and few from Mexico and Germany. Every 10 seconds a runner goes. I was able to pass six and made my goal of 17:32 placing 3rd Elite Female. Bring on the Empire State Building and John Hancock.
