No races yet this year. Half-marathon in a couple weeks and a sprint tri the week after that.
About me
Single mom of two youngsters, fitness instructor, personal trainer, full-time admin. assistant for a construction company. Trail running and triathlons are my main focus. After this Ironman I have goals of doing a 50-miler and 100-miler trail race. And lots more tri's.
