I allowed my supply of MultiV and Ultragen to run out, I wanted to wait until the new Kona Mocha LS came out so I could put in one order for everything. HUGE MISTAKE!! I had a fairly strong 2 week block of training planned, then a trip overseas for work. Without my daily dose of MultiV and my favorite product Ultragen I was completely burnt, and I've been sick for the last 6 days!! I won't make this mistake again.

I sipped on a bottle of half strength EFS grape until 10 minutes before race start, then…Continue

The morning started @ 5:00 with 2 mini bagels (peanut butter and jelly), 1 serving of Ultragen, a banana and 1 cup of coffee. Between then and my start time of 8:00am I sipped on 1 serving of EFS drink (750ml), and 15 minutes before the start a downed a flask of…Continue
