Just wondering if anyone knows the osmolality of the EFS drink?? Also, what happens to that number if you concentrate the formula?? I'm experimenting with different ways to pack less on the bike, but…

This race had an early start, so breakfast was at 3:30AM. One cinnamon raison bagal, one EFS bar, one serving of Optygen/Multi-V and one cup of coffee.
Over the next 2.5hrs sipped on 750ml bottle of EFS grape(2 scoops)
10 minutes before swim start one fuel belt bottle with one scoop EFS grape and one scoop Pre Race.
Bike: Two 750ml bottles of EFS Grape/One 750ml bottle EFS Fruit punch (all with 3 scoops)
200 Calories of liquid shot washed down with water

So, as a tune up for IM Coeur D'Alene I decided to do the Shawnigan Lake Half Iron, part of the West Coast Suburu Series. The race takes place in a beautiful place just outside Victoria BC, Canada. This past Easter weekend seemd like a great opportunity to head out to the Okanagan for a spring camp. If any of you have been to the "sunny" Okanagan, you know how great there weather can be.
