About me
Dr. Rosen is board certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine and Toxicology. She set up the Poison Center at Scott and White and continues to do consulting in the field of Toxicology. She also has masters in Public Health from Tulane University and is active in the field of Occupational medicine with a focus on Health and Productivity.
Her passion is health and wellness and aging gracefully. She is an accomplished triathlete, who started this sport in 1999 at the age of 48 and has since then won her age group in the Iron Star Half Iron Man in 2003 and 2005, and The Danskin 2005 as well as several other races.
She believes the fountain of youth isn’t in a pill or a potion but comes from a balanced life style incorporating exercise, good diet and fun with family and friends.

Thanks for the info. I found it very helpful. And it is good to see others who do eat gluten and perform well. I'm not yet sure of my tolerance level to it. I have cut dairy and my gas and GI distress immediately went down. But, I still have a considerable amount so I am considering trying gluten-free for a few weeks to see what happens.
