Yes, added 24oz water with the EFS LS and EFS fruit punch. For the bottle it was around 490-500 calories. I think the mixture tastes good, but that is just me.

One question James..You mention an entire bottle of EFS LS with one scoop EFS Fruit Punch..Did you add any water? How many total ounces and total calories in this bottle? How did it taste?

consider the sodium loading protocol. It helps load your electrolytes so there is less of a demand to replenish while racing. Based on feedback and some n=1 testing seems to be quite effective. http://team.firstendurance.com/page/sodium-load

Eagleman!!!

Breakfast: oatmeal w/honey and banana, bottle of EFS (fruit punch)


45min before race: bottle efs with 1.5 scoops pre-race


Bike: bottle 1 was 24oz water entire liquid shoot w/ one sccop efs fruit punch. Bottle two was 24oz water was two scoops efs and one scoop pre race




Well, I finally did. 2nd place at the Eagleman 70.3 triathlon!

Going into the race I was pretty worried that I might might not make top 5. With names like Bozzone, Cunningham, Grave
