Thanks for the information offer about CDA.  I am just trying to get through my 1st IM standing up.  At 67, I realize my window of opportunities keeps getting smaller but I am trrying to decide between CDA 2012 or IMARIZ 2012. 

CDA has a double loop swim.  How much a factor is the cold water?

What would be the best way to ride the bike course in order not to die on the marathon?  Is there much humidity.  I live in Texas and in June we have visible humidity.  You don't have to measure it. Is altitude a factor? 

That might be enough.  I don't want to overwork my welcome or appear unthankful for the offer.
