Breakfast race morning consisted of... 1 ½ cup Oatmeal with peanut butter, banana and 2 hard boiled eggs. Had 1 scoop of EFS in a water bottle and sipped it prior to the
start.
During the bike I followed my same nutrition plan as I did at IM Wisconsin last year since that seemed to work well! I had one bottle with 600 calories of Liquid Shot and
