Jon and I are getting ready for IMFL. We finished our regular season in April/May with Boston,St Anthony's and Rhoto 70.3 Orlando.

Enjoyed the last 4 weeks off and are now ready to hit the training again.

Good luck to all those planning on doing IMFL in 2010. I plan on being there to volunteer and possibly do it again in 2011.

I saw her leaving the beach when I arrived for my swim. It is beautiful out there. Hardly any waves or current. If youhaven't done it yet you should. It's nice because there are other swimmers out there too right now.

I am here and the weather is a little cool for me. 51 degrees when I got up. About to go for a run now. The view from the condo is awesome. Where is everyone coming from? I am from Bradenton, Florida. Took me 7 hours to get here. I am staying at the Boardwalk condos. My wife and kids get here Thursday night.
