Well, I am pleased say that today my wife and I found a great post workout ( or anytime for that matter) treat. Neither of us drink milk and found hemp milk to be very tasty, less sugar, and easy on the tummy. So when we saw that the companys hemp milk we used makes ice cream out of it, we had to try it and we chose the Vanilla bean. It is amazing, better than any store bought ice cream than I have every had, and those who know me know I really love ice cream. I would say it tastes like vanilla/cake batter ice cream. Cant wait to try the Coffee Biscotti! The company is Tempt, of course its Gluten free as well as dairy free too!

if you are sensitive to gluten, any little bit will likely trigger an autoimmune response. for me, i'm sensitive enough to gluten that i can tell if my fries were made in the same oil as breaded chicken fingers.

if you try a gluten free diet, to make sure that you get the maximum benefit, its best to do completely gluten free.

Is there any benefit to lowering one's gluten intake verses being completely gluten free?

Sounds yummy, my wife uses ground up GF oats when she makes them and also soaks them but in a little water.

I made some DELISH GF meatballs this weekend! I used some ground beef (I only go with the organic 93/7 stuff so it was nice and lean) and mixed it with some ground chicken. I took a cup of GF breadcrumbs, and added about 2 tbs. milk to them and let them soak. I mixed the meat, some instant brown rice (uncooked), 1 egg, the breadcrumbs, 1 garlic clove crushed and salt and pepper all together. Scooped the meat into balls and cooked in the oven for 30 min. at 350, then added a jar of tomato sauce and let it simmer for another 15 min. They were super yummy on GF bread (I had some fresh homeade stuff!) and they will be equally yummy as leftovers on GF pasta tonight!!!
