Robert and Team,
I got the following question from one of my athletes:
I am still playing with the Pre-race mix in
all my water bottles, for the long stuff (3+ hours). To the tune of
1/2 scoop or less of EFS mix with 1/2 scoop or less of pre-race in each
bottle. So far no problems and I think the pre-race is keeping me
interested and alert longer. Or could just be the placebo affect.
Question: Me not understanding the key ingredients in pre-race can you
see adverse affects of taking 3-4 total scoops spread out over 5+ hours?
Any advice?
