Just wanted to get some feedback on the following:
How would Optygen or Optygen HP work for someone who is not an endurance athlete, but faces a lot of stress and long days from work etc.? I am trying to recommend a product for my Mom who does exercise (running - 30 min. a day 5 x a week, floor exercises 5-7 days a week, walking (30-50 min.) 4 x a week), but faces a tremendous amount of stress and long hours from work. She is a CPA and this time of year is a hectic period for her.
Based on the information surrounding Optygen, I didn't know how well it would benefit her in her situation.
