Great race report - congrats on a great race! On the bike do you mix your liquid shot w/ water or take them separate? I haven't tried mixing with h2o and wondered how it worked.

I just marked my small flask in 1/4's - dividing by 5.33 is way too much math for me! That would actually work better for me b/c I am a 75 cal/hour gal on the run - maybe I should do that!
