2 months from today will be the last day of competition for me at the World Championships in Montreal, Canada.right now i am training my butt off.the days im doing weights im either tying my current pr or setting a new one.swim workouts are showing great results.im sore when i wake up, im sore when i warm up and im sore when im done.heck im even sore when i drink my Ultragen afterwards, but i know when i step onto the blocks in Montreal it will all be worth it.  i will be totally ready!See More
